- Ok guys this freaking app killed me, I've spent like, weeks, deciding on the perfect design and I finally got something I'm satisfied with. I really hope it's enough, seeing some of the other draft list applicants makes me really nervous....
Oh and I hope the yellow for his wrist thing and crocs are ok, I really DID NOT like the bright yellow for it and it matches his patterns, so I thought it'd be ok...?
Just coloring alone took me about 3 hours, I spent a LOT of time on him and i didnt even shade agh
Well, I'll be praying that I make it in 3 weeks when they open up, right? heh.

Tobias will care for those who he feels close to deeply, and will never be one to turn his back on a friend. Caution must be taken, however, as he is careless and if he hurts you (physically) then he will enjoy it more than feel bad. The shock of injuring someone gets him charged, pumped, as true to his element. After the initial joy, however, he will feel guilty, but will not apologize and may come across as a dick.

He doesn't do very well in taking care of himself, and cocoons himself in helping others, trying to keep his sadistic side under control by not allowing himself a chance to indulge in it.

Underneath his usual mask of happy is the darker side, and he will not be afraid to be rude, blunt, or snide if you get him angry or upset, which is relatively easy to do. He's working on fixing that. He's not doing a very good job

Current abilities:

Electricity manipulation: Very minimal at this point, can send small amounts of electricity throughout his body through the patterns and markings on his fur / skin. More electricity can be sent through his tail than anywhere else, tail tip is solid and sharp. Shock is intensified if he cuts you with the tip.

Heat charge: Can change body heat and small surrounding area's temperature, increasing temperature by charging the electrons and sending of small waves of electricity

Vision enhancement Because he uses electricity to assist with his eyesight (ring of yellow in his eye, essentially his iris), he can increase and decrease the power of his sight ever so slightly by adjusting the charge in his eyes.

Background:

Some of his earliest and clearest memories of his life were of WWII, having been born in the approximate area of the French and German border. Being small, he watched on the sidelines, usually in trees, entranced by the blood and gruesome fighting. Occasionally he would be able to conjure up a slight storm, with the help of a few wind demons he became friends with along the way. This is where his sadistic side comes from, being raised on the battle field, watching death from his earlier years. He grew close to the soldiers on the battle field, and found himself saddened when the fighting ended, and though he could tell there was still tension among the humans, he never really got to see anything quite like the second world war.

He grew from his friends, moving around Europe, finally settling in the London area, enjoying the dreariness of the island country's capital, where lightning was fairly normal and he could mind his own business relatively unnoticed. However, more and more recently he found the demons occupying the city around him growing anxious, upset. Murmurs of 'demon hunters' were heard, and he couldn't help but scoff at the threat.



RP Prompt:

The frantic beating of his heart rang in his ears as he raced through the tight alley ways, his eyes wide in fear and his fur bristling with electricity. He quickly spotted a power cord running along the bricks and with a flick of his tail he surged the line, cutting the wire and bursting the circuits. Distant shouts of surprise and frustration made him flick his ear, but he could still hear his pursuer, and he pressed on. He allowed himself to let his mind drift for but one moment, thinking about how it probably would have been a better idea to have listened to his fellow demons.
Speaking of them, he could actually sense a few of them drawing back from the chase, and he grew more and more alone. A few popping sounds were heard as he exited an alley, and raced up a fire escape on the side of a building. He slipped in fear and nearly fell over the railing, his large front paws making it somewhat difficult to easily fit up the tight metal stairs. Probably another idea that he could've thought through a little better.
He reached the top of the escape and came out on the roof, only to find a small group of calm humans awaiting him there. The door to the roof was still open, and he glanced toward it, but before he could make another move he found himself encased in a large net, and he could feel his limbs draining of their energy almost immediately. His tail was inconveniently trapped against his back, and he couldn't summon any electricity to defend himself. His growls and screeches didn't phase the humans, and he felt a prick right above his shoulder. A wave of calm hit him, and sparing one last look at the fading grey sky he shuddered and allowed the rings in his eyes to fade.

Extras:
- Doesn't actually know that he was witnessing WWII, just knew that he liked it and that people were dying. (he probably ate some of the dead bodies after the battles and assisted with the MIA numbers)
- Usually stays on 4 legs when in demon form
- Loves rain and water (conductor)


I plan on rping as well as completing the assignments, and I prefer to rp with notes, chat, skype, google docs, etc.
